hi, i've been diagnosed with pmdd for about a year now. i've been on birth control since so that i can manage my extreme symptoms. i'm wondering if there's a simpler, yet equally effective treatment such as iud or patch?

i highly suggest the vaginal ring! i personally love it and feel as if it’s super underrated. it’s the best thing i could’ve done for myself. but i know the thought of shoving something up there monthly can seem intimidating for some. just note i don’t feel it during sex or when i do anything really. and once it’s in it doesn’t have to come out until three weeks later! just a suggestion from me ;)
