I’ve been on the same birth control since 2019 so awhile now, and i’ve been skipping my periods since Oct 2022, so it’s officially been 2 years without a period. I still would have breakthrough bleeding once in awhile but very light. The past 3 days i’ve been having semi heavier bleeding, but not super heavy. I did miss a pill Friday night, and started bleeding around 3pm Saturday, could that be why? Ive missed pills before though and never bled this much. Should i continue taking my pills as normal?

Breakthrough bleeding of any heaviness is normal. If you want you could take a few days break and then start your pill again to see if that would help the bleeding
