This is so random
I baked a banana bread earlier today, I took it out of the oven and went to work only to come home and realise it could have done with another ten minutes in the oven. The inside is cooked but still a bit mushy, is it oky to put it in the oven again almost 20 hours later or is there any life hack that will help me cook this banana bread so it doesn’t go to waste.
I cooked it for the usual time that I cook my banana bread and the knife came out clean when I check it but the bottom middle didn’t seem to fluff up and cook the way it usually does
