I’m having the most painful cramps to where I couldn’t move a certain way while laying down. My period is supposedly 9 days away. Does anyone know why I could be having these cramps? They aren’t mild either it’s like SHARP pain

And to add more information, I’m on birth control it’s my 6th month using it and it’s the week before my break week. I also can feel a uti coming on.

The sharp pains could be related to the UTI or something else. See a doctor

Hi have you ever been checked out for endometriosis? Pains are at their worst mid cycle & at the end. Pains are strong and sharp and one can experience pain up through the bottom during bowel movements whilst on period. UTIs can be controlled by reducing intake of refined sugars and reducing yeast consumption like breads & cakes. I hope you feel better soon.
