I just took a pill out of an extra pack. I carried this pack with me in my purse yesterday. I think the pills are fine. I only had them in the cold when I would get out of the car to walk into a building. I wont be able to take my pill at home until I get home tonight at about 11:30pm. My original time is 7:15am
