I was about to take my pill and it crushed in my hand info powder and i put it in my mouth but realised i don’t think it worked so i got paranoid and tried forcing myself to throw up so i can take another pill to replace it but i couldn’t really throw up but something came out so i assumed its okay but im just stressed out and i hope everything is fine but just wanted other peoples opinions 💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💤💤💤💤💊💊💊💊💊

Just take another pill, the one you took isn’t guaranteed to be effective. It’s not necessary to try and throw up anything
