If i decide to prolong my 7 day placebo week by 1 day, how do I continue being safe going forward? Either take your break as normal or if you want to get back to the same days then you should end your break early on the day you wish to start. It would probably mean you only have one day break. Don’t extend it, there is no reason to.

@Yi_eune thank you for your help. I’m planning on taking the one day break so that I can get back to my days. If I decide to have a normal 7 day break on the new pack will it be OK? I’m scared to mess up with the whole system
