What time should I take my pill at if I normally take it at 7pm but the clocks went back 1 hour ? (Irish time )

it doesn’t really matter as it would still be within your timeframe, no pill has a time frame of one hour or shorter- the shortest is three hours. if you still want to then it would now be 8pm

Clock went back for me too, I’m just taking it at 6pm as normal as the one hour difference doesn’t matter, plus I like taking it then.
