Anyone experiencing same as me? This is my second cycle off birth control. My first cycle was 31 days & I ovulated around day 20 (you know the jelly substance u get that was high around that day and I got cramps) I’m now on day 20 into my second cycle and still no sign of ovulation. I was always very regular before birth control so wondering if i have upset my cycles now.

It can take 9 months or even longer for your cycle to fully get back to normal after stopping birth control. So perfectly normal to be a bit irregular for a bit

Just your body adjusting to being off of birthcontrol, it can take awhile to fully adjust to being off like bluerose9 said you will probably be irregular in your cycles for a while
