Hi! So I recently decided to stop taking hormonal contraception. For context I’ve taken different pills/injections over the past 10 years, the most recent being rigevidon (combined pill) for around 4 years. I took my 4 days break as I usually would then just didn’t take another one yesterday/today as I would’ve to carry on. Since I stopped taking them I have been getting severe back pain, chills & burning/tingling pain in my arms and legs. Has anyone had a similar experience coming off hormones?
