I came of the nexplanon implant in febuary after 11yrs & went onto zelleta mini pill on the 19th April, still hadn’t had a period inbetween the gap.. will it still be effective or am I wasting my time??

If you’re using it correctly it’s effective. Follow your pill’s pamphlet instructions to know when you’ve been taking it long enough to be effective. It can take up to 9 months or even longer for your cycle to return to normal after stopping BC so it’s not unusual or concerning that you didn’t have a period for the first two months

I take it religiously at 9.30 every morning & pinch it off on the app record everything.. got 2 to take got me to be ‘protected’ just worried that’s all— thank you x
