Hey guys, anyone find that using tampon makes period pain extremely worse? I’m sad that I had to stop using tampons because of this, using pads made pain go away! So weird…

This is common! Some people find tampons to prolong bleeding as well. Period underwear is also a good option if you aren’t a fan of pads!

I used to have pain from tampons as well, but then I figured out that I have to insert the tampon at a certain angle so that it doesn’t hurt my cervix. My cervix leans a little to the right so if I insert my tampon to the left I have no pain. I was so happy once I figured that out. Maybe try that and see if that helps.
