hey guys! i wanted to come on here and share that i have decided to come off birth control as it is draining me. i’ve been on birth control for 2 years and i just wanted to thank everyone on here who has gave me advice and has helped me through the journey!

Best of luck! Be aware that it can take 12-16 months before you fully adjust being off birth control, it probably won’t take that long but just so you know that side effects are normal during this time.
