Tw - weight My goal is to lose weight. I have been eating less calories, drinking more water, and exercising daily. Everyone around me is losing weight and I just can’t seem to get my weight down 😞😞 some days I like my body, some days I don’t

It takes time to lose weight. But here's the thing- if you don't like your body now, you won't necessarily like it even when it weighs less. Having a healthy relationship to your body goes a lot deeper than how much you weigh.

I agree with the above. I think looking into self help and self love will help you a lot more than losing some weight. If you are in a calorie deficit, eat healthy (eating less but still unhealthy won’t do much), work out and your weight doesn’t shift it usually means your body is on its desired weight. I obviously don’t know you and if you have genuine worries when you’re best off seeing a dietician.

I’m doing the same currently. the weight will come off slowly eventually! eat healthy like @yi_eune said, i cut out junk food/sugars and fast food and it really made a difference. but i was eating really bad before. you can do it! 🤍
