Hello everyone I been on the depo for 8 years. I decided to switch to the pills. I stared them Thursday.. well yesterday i started getting nauseous but today it’s BAD I tried to eat to see if it would help but every time I take a bite of food i instantly get sick. I forced myself cause this was my first meal of the day I do feel a bit better but i just want to throw it up. Is this normal if so how long will it last

Yes nausea can be a side effect and it's usually worst when you first start and gets better as you adjust. Try taking your pill before bed.
