Hiii! So I’m moving to another country soon that is 1 hour ahead of my current time zone. I’m on the pill that has a 3h window, so I try to keep at is precise as I can. Since I usually take my pill at 6pm, should I still take it at 6pm in the new country, even though it’s still 5pm in my original one? Or should I switch it to 7pm so it’s 6pm in my original country? Thank you 🥰

Since 1 hour is within your 3 hour window you can do it either way. Completely up to your preference
