-Avoid alcohol and caffeine
-No screen time at least an hour before bed
-Make sure your sleeping area is cool, dark and quiet (I use a sleep mask and earplugs if I can't control the environment)
-Try playing white noise or rain sounds
-Do something relaxing before bed like a hot bath/shower
-When you wake up in the night, try not to go on your phone immediately
-Do some physical exercise during the day to tire you out
