Can anybody please give me some tips on how to get a better night sleep. Because at the moment I'm waking up between 12 clock at nighr until probably around 3 or 4 clock in the morning. So somebody please help me.

-Avoid alcohol and caffeine -No screen time at least an hour before bed -Make sure your sleeping area is cool, dark and quiet (I use a sleep mask and earplugs if I can't control the environment) -Try playing white noise or rain sounds -Do something relaxing before bed like a hot bath/shower -When you wake up in the night, try not to go on your phone immediately -Do some physical exercise during the day to tire you out
