I need some advice ladies. Normally I take my pill pretty regularly at 9:30am everyday. Since starting my new job though on December 1st, I work from 8am-4pm. So I would wait until I got home around 4:35-5pm and would take it. Since that worried me, I started taking it earlier around 7am before heading off to work. So does this not protect me at all?? You're still protected, if you're on a combined pill then taking it a few hours early or later does not affect your protection. In fact you can take it any time within a 24 hour window and remain protected

Taking it at 7 in the morning is fine
