Normal side effects of the pill. If you’re using the pill correctly then it wasn’t unprotected as the pill is your protection, it was just condomless sex.

Normal side effects, and it might not have to do with the pill at all. You could just experience cramps. If you have educated yourself on what you’re taking and by that take your pills correctly you have nothing to worry about.

Could be unrelated, like upset stomach/digestion issues can feel quite similar to cramps x
