I took my pill, Rigevidon, at 8pm last night. I went out for drinks and vomitted 11.20 this morning. Am I able to have unprotected sex, or do I have to use condoms now?

Unless you threw up within 3 hours of taking your pill you’re fine, else you’ll need to replace that pill.
