Missed by period 16 days ago and took test and not pregnant so I’m worried and confused.

If you’re on birth control it doesn’t matter whether you bleed or not. You’re never due a bleed so you can’t miss them. Just use your birth control as instructions.

What birth control are you on? Unless you’re on the non hormonal copper IUD, you no longer have real natural periods and therefore you are not “due”, “late” or “missing” a bleed. Any bleeding is a side effect of the pill and doesn’t really mean anything.
