@coxoxoxo Hi there, Nurse Marj here. Has your fluid intake decreased? You need to up your fluids, it really will lesson the flow I’ve experienced it myself. You need to also top up on your iron whilst your on your period to make up for what you’ve lost, only 50mg or so drink some citrus juice with the iron to help it absorb, but do not use grapefruit juice as it can stop other medicines from working effectively.
