⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️ ⚠️WEIGHT⚠️ Hello, i’m just wondering if anyone can help give suggestions on how to loose fat on my belly, back, arms and face in a healthy way. I have always been slim, but recently i’ve gained unwanted weight in the areas above. My legs and bum have gotten bigger which is something i’m happy with, but the rest i’m not. My boyfriend of 1 year and 2 months said that i look completely different to what i used to, this was intended in a good way as i use to look overly thin. He said i look “healthy” now, however i just want to loose a little bit to boost my self esteem. It would make me feel so much more comfortable, especially around him as he doesn’t see it the same way i do. Please help.

Can always do home work-outs, cut out snacking, drink sugar free drinks, more water intake etc. however I wouldn’t change your diet completely (cutting out carbs etc). A healthy diet is a balanced diet. Meal prep and exercise will get you slimmer. If you’re on a new contraceptive it may have caused the weight gain too. Look into different contraceptions if this is true. DONT count calories - don’t make an ED out of this. It’s a long process losing weight and doing silly things will be a temporary fix. Starvation doesn’t make you lose fat, it just destroys muscle. Eat same time every day and limit yourself to one snack. Drink your water too! I hope this helps and I hope you’re doing this for yourself and not your partner

You can spot-lose weight, if you want weight loss to last you need to exercise and opt into healthy options when it comes to food and drinks. Calorie deficit it’s important, but starving yourself won’t achieve anything. Take care of yourself and have the occasional snack! Weight loss is supposed to be a long-term commitment, don’t look at things that promise quick results x

Just be aware that you can't choose where you lose weight. If you lose weight in one place you will lose weight everywhere. In my opinion self-esteem comes from learning to love yourself, not from weight loss.
