Hello, i’m just wondering if anyone can help give suggestions on how to loose fat on my belly, back, arms and face in a healthy way. I have always been slim, but recently i’ve gained unwanted weight in the areas above. My legs and bum have gotten bigger which is something i’m happy with, but the rest i’m not.
My boyfriend of 1 year and 2 months said that i look completely different to what i used to, this was intended in a good way as i use to look overly thin. He said i look “healthy” now, however i just want to loose a little bit to boost my self esteem. It would make me feel so much more comfortable, especially around him as he doesn’t see it the same way i do.
Please help.
