I don’t think you have any reason to be concerned. You’re not a robot, your bleeds aren’t going to be exactly the same every single time.

Blood or lack of blood is not a sign whether you’re pregnant or not. Only a pregnancy test can tell you but nothing you’ve said in this or your previous posts points to any chance of pregnancy. You’ve not missed any pills. You have been spiralling and I think you should talk to a professional about your anxiety.
