If i took my ring out on the 18th do i put a new one today or tomorrow ?

You can put a new one in after you’ve had 7 break days, but you can also choose to shorten your break week so it’s up to you really.

So if i put it in today i gotta take it out after 27 days bc its one day early?

@Makaiyla_ how do you mean? You can just leave it in for 28 days if that’s what you usually do. Just be sure to track when you put in your new one.

If you took your ring out on the 18th you don’t have to put it back in until tomorrow (the 25th)

But also I should say you can put it in today and take it out again in 28 days
