Don’t take plan B right away. Check your pamphlet and follow its instructions. For most combined pills you can miss a pill, even your first one, and be completely okay. Check your pamphlet before acting!!

Also plan B only works 72 hours after sex, taking it has no effect at all as 4 days is too late for it. So you’d need to look at EllaOne (can be used up until 5 days after sex), but that one then cancels out your pill’s effectiveness for a while after and you’d need to start from scratch after.
