@Jemimaa_ Hi I have the perfect solution for your pcos and it doesn’t cost you any money and you may see more benefits to it than you might expect. Tried and tested. Quite eating all refined sugars, within the first 12 hours or so that’s when the cravings will hit you, but you can manage them by eating raw coconut; or any fruits; pomegranate mixed with natural yogurt is one.
