Acne on Kyleena IUD. I got my IUD in April of 2025 and recently and in the past year and stuff my acne has been soooo baaaad. Mostly on my face but now I’ve noticed my back as well. Big and under the skin. Red and angry 😭 anyone have any tips? I wash my face once a day and moisturize. If I’m sweaty or feel oily I’ll do twice a day. But I feel like I’m a teenager again!! Ugh it’s not pleasing to the eye and I pick at it. It’s itchy and it hurts and I’m really trying to be mindful about not picking at it but I some days still do 😭 I haven’t tried changing my facial routine too much. I tried a different face wash. But not much has changed. Idk. Any advice welcome. I never use to wash my face this much and had pretty clear skin compared to now. It’s irritating me but not enough to get off. I googled and there was a post that said they went on a different type of medication but it’s like a blood pressure one and I’m not trying to go on a different med just cause of the acne. I’d rather get a good face wash or something. Idk.
