hey everyone! i just had a question about the pill and time zones. i’m on the mini pill and i usually take it at 8.15am each morning. i’m travelling to turkey in a week and they are 2 hours ahead. do i still take it at 8.15am or do i have to change according to the time in turkey?

That has a 12 hour time frame so you can just continue to take your pill at 8.15 regardless of time difference
