Hi guys I just have a question. I have a gyno app this thursday and my skip week (period week) is this week. im on bc pills. is it teally bad if i just miss this onewhat do u guys think. ive missed periods before but only when im on vacation. ik it's fine to visit while on ur period but i feel like i would just be more uncomfortable

It’s perfectly safe to skip a break week on the pill, there are no medical or health reasons for break weeks. It’s not guaranteed to prevent bleeding though !

It's not bad to skip, it's totally safe, but just be aware your gyno will likely ask when your last menstrual period was
