so i have pcos and take birth control pill constantly with no placebo week because i get cysts on my period the most. i had pain a few days ago that could’ve been a cyst but then i was fine and normally when i have a cyst i have brown discharge and cramping. i was perfectly fine today but i went to pee and blood was like gushing out the second i sat down. i went to the bathroom like an hour later and there’s like no blood and barely any cramping. what happened??? it wasn’t like a normal cyst if that’s what it was
