So, i started my break week on sunday 11/3 (as in stopped taking it that night) and as of today i bled yesterday at around 4pm until now and my cramps were super bad and now im not bleeding anymore.. should i be worried??

Also i skip my period for three months, and i have done that for at least two years. i don't miss any pills, but im very scared, especially with everything going on right now in the world.

Nothing to worry about. Bleeding can be unpredictable on birth control. It could start back, it could not. If you’ve taken the pills correctly, you’re fine.
