Hi!! I just recently moved to a warmer area and carry around my pills with me to walk to class. I’m not out for too long but I’ve heard that if exposed to excessive heat it can decrease its effectiveness. Anyone have experience with this? Also I keep it in a drawer in my room and I have AC but still find my room to be hot. Don’t know if it’s hot enough to change the makeup of the pill. Any thoughts are welcomed!

If you’re able to tolerate it they’re fine. Extreme/excessive is when they’re left in a hot car all day or left sitting directly in the sun for hours for example, to the point the pills are melting/damaged.

Thank you! I also called my pharmacist which said it would be physical signs you could see and if they were sitting in this heat for hours and hours! Just if anyone else comes up with this issue!
