Hey everyone... I came off of birth control in July. Since then, my cycles have gone 40-45 days between each cycle. My periods are normal, and only 6 ish days. Should I be concerned over the length in between each cycle? Or is it still from coming off the pill. It’s almost been 1 year since coming off, so I was hoping to be more regular by now.

It can take 12 full months to adjust being off birth control, and for some it may take even a bit longer. I don’t think there is any reason for concern.
