I had diarrhea a minute ago after I took my pill. Im assuming the pill didn’t get to my system so should I take another?

You’re fine. Diarrhea only affects the pill if it’s 6+ trips of complete liquid stool in 24 hours.

Whether diarrhea affects your pill depends more on severity and duration rather than how soon after you took your pill. If your diarrhea continues and is very severe like more than 5-6 trips to the bathroom in 24 hours then it might be considered a missed pill
