hi! i had sex on saturday night and my boyfriend didn’t properly pull out and he came in me. today i took my pill a bit late. 10/15 minutes. am i still protected? Yes you are still protected, taking your birth control 10-15 mins later than your normal time is still considered on time.

Birth control is protecting you from pregnancy as long as you are taking it correctly. It sounds like you are taking birth control correctly. It just sounds like you aren’t completely comfortable with your bf finishing inside of you which is fine as not everyone is completely comfortable with that. If you are not comfortable with your bf finishing inside of you and your bf does it again then you should remind him that you don’t like it as it makes you feel uncomfortable and he should respect your decision. I think the user might wonder why you are still using the pull out method since it’s not really necessary since birth control is protecting you against pregnancy. As long as you take the birth control within the allowed time frame, account for interactions and severe diarrhea or vomiting you are fine and protected by your birth control.
