tw: diet, binge eating hello guys , i have been having trouble pooping lol for like a month now and ive been taking miralax to help but it doesnt.. lol and my lower abdominal area is very hard ? what should i do to help? ive let my doctors know and they just said keep taking it lol my diet is lowkey ass, and my appetite has been threw the roof so i been binging like 😂😂😂. and im not very active either but ima change tht staring today cuz i miss pooping

-drink more water -eat foods with more fibre (grains, nuts, seeds, lentils, veg etc) + natural yoghurt -some yoga poses can help with the bloating and aiding digestion and moving your poop along -while sitting on the toilet, raise your knees a little or rest your feet on a squatty potty -some foods commonly cause a laxative effect. I've heard sugarfree stuff like gummies, or mints but idk really

Always keep prunes on standby honestly lol. But for everyday more fruits and grains like others have mentioned. If you’re experiencing bloating there are some tea that help with digestion and bloating.

Avocado, broccoli, dates, and coffee are my go to foods. Be careful with the broccoli and dates though as too much will make you painfully bloated and give you diarrhea due to the high fiber content. I once ate 6 dried dates in a sitting and thought I was gonna have to go to the hospital it gave me such bad bloating and pain 🤣🤣🤣
