I’m in the mini pill and for a few months my period was irregular, then regular (every 20-28 days) and now I hadn’t had it in 39 days and am worried… could I be pregnant even though I take it consistently at the same time daily? I don’t have any symptoms except fatigue.

Irregular bleeding is a common side effect on the mini pill. If you’ve taken your pills correctly there’s no way you’d be pregnant. You also don’t get a real period on birth control so it’s irrelevant whether you bleed or not. There’s also a 3-6 month adjustment period for birth control

Ideally you don’t bleed at all on the mini pill. Breakthrough bleeding is still a possibility but neither are a reason to be worried.
