Hey everyone i need some advice im using combined contraception pill 21 day and 7 days break, but because my period are very painful and heavy I decided not to take 7 day break and take one pill daily. Is it ok not to take seven day breaks ??

You can always shorten/ not take your break week but you can never extend it

I was taking a combined pill for about 4 months and I’vestarted bleeding even if I still taking pill without having breaks but for the last month I started bleeding non stop . It’s not a heavy bleed but still... Its bleeding .. a month.., probably I need to start taking 7 day breaks 😣 what’s your opinion on that girlies? Thanks in advance xx
