Does the effectiveness of a combination pill (I just started Lo Loestrin Fe) change if you take the pill while drinking alcohol? I take my pill each night at 10:30pm and on the weekends that’s around the time when I may be having a few drinks with my boyfriend. Is that something that would negatively affect the pill at all?

Not unless it makes you throw up within 2 hours of taking your pill.
