For diarrhoea to affect the pill it has to be 6+ trips of liquid stool within 24hrs

I have only had one but what happens if I end up having a lot more and I had sex last night?

If you do end up going 6 times when it will count as missed, however on the combined pill you’re fine to miss one pill and still be protected

you don’t need to take another pill yet but if you did you may just experience heightened side effects

Sorry for all the questions but I’m due to take my pill in the next hour n what happened if I end up going after I take it as I know you need to let it dissolve into the system and if u have something like sickness or thst it won’t absorb properly

Yeah just scares me missing one as it comes up on my app when I haven’t taken the pill that I need to use protection and I had sex last night so that’s why it’s worrying me lol

The app is a bit dodgy in terms of protection, it’s better for just keeping track. all the info i’m giving you is on the nhs website
