I was waiting for a repost with a TW to comment, but I guess that’s not gonna happen however still feel it needed to be said.
I have nothing against people who get surgery I’m all for people doing what they want with their body, however I think kinda drastic surgeries/enhancements are only addressing the surface issue not the real issues which is body dysmorphia. That cannot be fixed with surgery so you won’t actually be confident deep down. You won’t magically be confident when you get a new body.
It’s such a shame that you feel you need liposuction and new boobs to look amazing in a bikini, beauty is 100% subjective and confidence is the sexiest thing you can have whether you have societies idea of a perfect body or not. Is looking good really worth risking your health? When you’re old and not got long left of life you’re not going to be thinking ‘thank god I looked so good’.
I suggest working on your insecurities: speak to a professional, try to become more independent, follow body positive people on insta (remove anyone who makes you makes you feel negatively about yourself), pick out things you like about your looks often, learn about intuitive eating, walk around naked...and a random one which helped me was starting pole dance also dump the shitty bf who probably makes you feel insecure!! x
