[Therapy: Emotional and Mental Health]
My career keeps me on the go and most of the time away from home and when I am home I play catch with friends, family and loved ones. No time to go and sit in an office. However, I am aware I seriously need help. I’ve seen Talk Space, Faithful Counseling and Doctor On Demand. Anyone has tried any of these or other Online Therapy Platforms?
I am seriously tired of random emotional meltdowns and excessive thinking that feels like I am drowning. Some days I am great, others okay, sometimes bad and then terrible. I am tired of this rollercoaster.
