I think my pH balance is off. For the longest time, I’ve had itching, burning when I use the bathroom and pain during sex. It’s not bacterial vaginosis, thrush or a yeast infection cause I’ve just finished treatment for those, just creams not antibiotics. But I eat yogurt and take probiotics every day, I drink so much water too, I’m a pretty fit and healthy individual, I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and eat a vegetarian diet. I was gonna do one of the canestan pH balance self test, but they’re pretty sparse here in pharmacies and I’ve been trying to find one for a while. Is there any thing else I can do to fix my pH balance down there? I feel like I’m doing everything right, but not getting any relief

You should see a doctor to get correctly diagnosed and treated. OTC yeast infection creams don't always work and if you haven't taken antibiotics then you can't treat BV.

There are boric acid vaginal suppositories available over the counter - I use the brand ph-D . I recommend to use it at night only and wear a panty liner as the suppository dissolves and leaks out . I don’t use it every night but only 2-3 nights whenever I feel my ph is off
