TW: food, eating Does anyone know why this is happening? Does anyone have any tips? For the past few weeks I haven’t been feeling like eating in the evening. I would just eat so that I don’t get hungry and I don’t get a headache and stuff but I just don’t feel like eating it. I used to love eating dinner not too long ago but now I don’t. Maybe it’s because I’m staying at a friends house and they eat the same thing repeatedly and very often so I’m just not feeling it. I have am doing my exams but I’m not stressing for once which is great so I don’t think I’m not hungry because of stress. I’m not too sure what’s happening

warmer weather also makes me personally eat less food during the day. Also since it is not your home and I’m guessing food as well you may be feeling like you shouldn’t eat as much? As long as you are still eating some food, I would just keep an eye on it and see if it changes when you go back to your house. If things do not change or get worse you may want to speak to a health professional.

@ripsandbits16 yeah I’ve been here for a couple months now so I’m starting to eat more. Today, I literally just ate 2 bags of chips and a cookie and that was it for the whole day and I was up since 3:30am so it’s just been worrying a bit that I don’t have any feelings towards eating food lately. Thank you!
