sorry if this is tmi so here’s the tw lil back story i have an iud (kyleena hormonal) and my boyfriend used to always pull out when he finished so that there wasn’t any risk of pregnancy. we decided that since i went to an iud (after being somewhat inconsistent with my pill) that he can finish in me. my question is what do you do after he finishes in you? genre what’s the best way to get it all out? is there something i can do so i don’t feel like there’s some in me? i always pee after btw!! also what do u think the chances of me getting pregnant from this? i trust m’y iud but i get nervous lol

chances are VERY slim with iud. don’t worry about pregnancy honestly, practically nonexistent. in terms of finishing in you, pee, and wash with just water, and when you pee just sit on the toilet for a minute so it can drip out (sorry tmi) don’t use anything scented! just water and pee after sex

Your iud protects you but it’s the same “risk” of pregnancy whether you use the pull out method or not because you can still get pregnant from precum, but like i said you’re completely protected. Have some tissues near by. I sit on the toilet after and then wear a panty liner. You won’t get pregnant

@teamedward honestly i’ve had mine for 4 months now ans it’s going great for me, the only part i didn’t like was the first month when i got cramps ans o was bleeding so randomly. also the no tampons for 3 weeks after… not fun lol but i do recommend getting one if your not planning on having a kid anytime soon!!!!

Yea definitely have a tissue nearby. I normally go to the bathroom right away and push out as much as I can. If you are able to shower afterwards I would do that. It would come out over time because of gravity. If you can’t shower right away then definitely shower at home when you get the chance
