What are symptoms you experience when coming off the pill? I’ve stopped taking the pill and don’t plan on ever coming back, I haven’t had sex since I stopped taking them but I feel breast tenderness and cramping? I’m a little worried

When I came off the pill last year it was the worst on the pill I was better

I was wondering this too, I’m not in a relationship and don’t plan on needing it anytime soon. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about how your body can react to coming off it with periods and stuff. I’ve only been off it a few weeks but my mood seems so much better, not sure it that’s related though.

When I came off after 5 years I had no change at all. My period kept coming regularly, except onche 3 months later, but other than that everything stayed normal. (Even though before the pill my periods went haywire quite regularly... -.-) And aftwr 6 months I got pregnant :) That was our purpose tho :) I am right now in the 6th month :) I guess it is different for everybody. I was afraid my periods would get crazy again, I was really happy it didn’t happen. Or maybe it would have happened later, had I not gotten pregnant.
