You could try going to a dermatologist if you would like. They are experts in the skin and acne department. I agree with the body scrub, but try not to be too rough as you don’t want to hurt your skin. Sometimes wearing a lot of tight clothes or if you come back from the gym and don’t get out of the sweaty clothes right away it could cause that. You haven’t recently changed your laundry detergent right? Have you changed your bed sheets?
