Ok so i’m getting concerned. last week i’ve had some nausea and light cramps and i’m experiencing light cramps again right now. . I’ve attached my period app screenshot of when i’ve had my period and when i’ve been ovulating. The days with the heart are the days i’ve had unprotected sex (he nut in me all 3 times on june 7,22, and July 4). i take my pill regularly and on time five or take an hour or 2 and i don’t take the placebos. I took a test last week and it was negative but i just get hella paranoid... could i be pregnant? I should also mention that there has been a stomach virus going going my job last week and my fiancé also had it on the sunday after the 4th. When i say unprotected I mean no condom and he ejaculated in me... I was still on the pill so i guess it’s not really unprotected but he did ejaculate in me.

It sounds like you just caught the stomach virus. Getting sick can cause irregular bleeding too.

I would take a pregnancy this Friday since it’s been two weeks since your last unprotected intercourse to make sure!

You do not ovulate or have a period while on birth control, so I suggest deleting that app so you don’t confuse/stress yourself out. If you are taking your pill correctly, then you are not pregnant. Use a condom until you can trust your pill, sex shouldn’t be stressful.

@nadibae73 yeah. If you take your pill and trust it your not pregnant. That Flo app is for people who aren’t on BC. You aren’t ovulating since you are on the pill so I agree on deleting the app. It’s only making your life stressful. Trust the pill!

Delete that period app. You don’t ovulate on the pill and tracking your period is only for people that do not use birth control.
