So, I had sex for the first time in quite a while with a new guy. Peed right after and everything, and we used protection. I’ve noticed that my pee smells a little strange? It’s been a little over a week. I might be over thinking things (no burning while peeing or anything). Should I be concerned? I’ve been really stressed and anxious lately so much so that I could be imagining things as well. What could be the cause?

it may have been something you ate? Anything out of ordinary that you ate during that week that you usually don’t?

@pink_hair not really! The only thing I can think of is shrimp alfredo, but I have had that before, this was just the first time in a little while

Doesn’t sound concerning. Do you take vitamins?

@pink_hair thank you so much! Just didn’t want to be ignoring anything just in case y’all thought maybe a UTI or something. Just thought it was so strange!

@coolbeans247 I say if it starts burning or the odor gets too strong you should definitely get into touch with a doctor but if it’s minimal no need for concern.
